YOUSTRIVE PROCESS - DAILY ROUTINE

Daily YouStrive Routine

Once you have completed Steps One to Five of the YouStrive process, the next big step you will take is to start your Daily YouStrive Routine.


Follow this 15 - 25 minute routine every day!


STEP SIX

Grab a ball and train one of your Basic or Special Moments (optional on game day)   5-10 mins

     

STEP SEVEN

Mental Rehearsal Routine - visualise all of your Moments in your mind   10 Mins


STEP EIGHT

Mindfulness Routine - Before you Train or Play, take a moment to focus on your breath and try to be in the moment   2 mins

(remember to re-focus and get back into the zone during training and games)

STEP NINE

After you Train or Play, complete a reflection entry in your YouStrive journal   3 mins


STEP TEN

Progress Review. Every 4 to 6 weeks you will evaluate your progress. You can change your Goals and Moments if you want to   5 mins
